Step 1: Go to LexisNexis

Step 2: Search for your Case

Click on Law Reviews to get started

Enter in your search term and press the red search button.

Law Review Search Form

Find the article you want and click on the copyright link.  The titles will be after the word "ARTICLE" in the citation.

Step 3: Do a Quick Evaluation of your Case

  • Read the Case Summary (in the gray) for a quick introduction into the case.
  • Do a quick scroll through to see how long the case is.
  • Pay attention to the Headnotes, which show the key legal points of each case.
  • Use Subsequent History and Prior History to get to connected cases.

Step 4: Save your Case

Save your Case

  • Default is to save as a word document.
  • Press the red button to download/send/print
