By Topic
- Searching by topic will only get results if Core Terms and Headnotes are used. Core Terms and Headnotes can be found under the summary of the case.
By Law Reviews
By Citation or Parties
Step 3: Do a Quick Evaluation of your Case
- Read the Case Summary (in the gray) for a quick introduction into the case.
- Do a quick scroll through to see how long the case is.
- Pay attention to the Headnotes, which show the key legal points of each case.
- Use Subsequent History and Prior History to get to connected cases.
Step 4: Save your Case
- Default is to save as a word document.
