To access our archives or closed collections, please Book a Time.
When using the archives, you will be set up on the third floor (either in a room or at a public table). The librarian will bring you the requested archival material, and will be with you while you use it. You will be required to provide a driver's license or federal ID as insurance, which will be returned to you at the end of the research session after the librarian has returned all accessed archival works to the archives. Patrons can only use one archival collection at a time; however, any number of collections can be accessed during one visit. The librarian will return one collection to the archives, and return with the next desired collection.
